I just wanted to say, A big Thank you to Tyler, he was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I was shopping for my 18 year old son's 1st motorcycle, I know nothing of motorcycles. I gave Tyler my budget and he did not try to up sell me, he stayed in my price range and spoke to my 18 son to educate him and myself. We bought a beautiful New 2023 Suzuki Boulevard C50. When I walked into the dealership, I had a set price and model in mind. I was greeted by Tyle Zborower, who tried to guess what bike I was interested in and was only able to guess after 3 tries, and a fairly big hint. We laughed it off, and he showed me what I wanted to see, a Honda Rebel 1100 DTC, with a specific stock number and VIN. He took me right to it, we chatted about it's looks, it's features, it's pros & cons, and I knew fairly quickly I wanted it. I made my offer, they accepted, and Tyler busted his butt to see the deal through. It was a long wait, and he kept in constant touch with me during the long 3.5 hours I was at the dealership, going through financing, some things on the bike needed to be assembled (back license plate frame), batter charged. Tyler was attentive, friendly, and so very helpful.I also want to note that Lincoln Marcove, the finance manager was also top notch. There was a hiccup with my payment, and he was helpful and courteous as to what I needed to do with my bank. The full payment went through, and it was a done deal. Thanks Lincoln for your assistance & patience through that.All in all, my visit with Nash Power Sports was probably one of the best experiences I've had at a dealership. I'll certainly recommend to my friends, and be back for service and who knows, maybe another bike someday.

This was my first experience with Nash, and had an absolutely fantastic experience.

I purchased 1 new PWC from them, and another PWC from their competitor unfortunately- it was a night and day difference!

The sales rep Mr. Bruce Muzzy was very helpful from the start. He remembered me from a month before, when I was just starting to look for a motorcycle. I didn't have my endorsement then and I told him that I will be more serious on buying a bike upon completing my MSF course. As I continued my due diligence in purchasing a motorcycle and have been through many dealerships both shady and reputable. Nash power sports stayed in my mind due to the treatment I got from Bruce, showed me around the facility, not pushy and answered all my concerns unlike the other dealerships who whatever it takes tried to sell me a bike that would get me in trouble in an unsafe manner. Hence, in the end after weighing all the dealerships, I went back to Bruce and told him that I was ready to pull the trigger and buy a bike that day. he was happy to help and given with my seriousness went with my 1st out the door offer without any push back. I am not sure about all these reviews about not being helped or of finance people being overbearing. When these people walk in to any kind of dealer and they are approached at any kind of sales person they are going to be the people that are like "god leave me alone", but if they aren't helped and people are like "WTF you guys suck". So yes, this place is the latter and are not up in your face within 10 min of you walking in the door. While I have been here two days for my purchase I saw plenty of employees give people a few minuted to walk around and then approach them. Or heaven forbid, some people actually were a little outgoing when they walked in, approached someone and had an actual conversation instead of thinking they will read your mind when you'd like to be helped at a certain time. I did just that. Saw Alex by a computer and asked to talk to Rod. Rod was busy so Alex said he'd be glad to help.Saw the bike we were talking about. Chatted about it, and other bike options as well to consider. Came back a few days later and go the deal done. Not sure where comments are coming from about finance being pushy or confrontational. They were straight forward, accommodating and open to discussions about the terms. My trade price was very fair and when it came time to sign documents, they did provide the usual (GAP, tire/battery insurance, warranty coverage, maintenance plan), but at NO time was it pushy. It literally was here is what we have, do you want any of it. Alex was communicative during the couple days between first going in and the purchase day. But as some of these reviews show, some people wait for dealer employees to contact them. It was my purchase so whenever I reached out with questions, Alex was there and responded in a timely manner.I experienced none of these negative reviews experiences. It was without a doubt the best motorcycle trade/purchase experience i have had. Glad I came across them!

I worked with Vince when I was in the Mesa shop. By far the best sales person at the shop. I bought my bike from there with no problems. I will be returning there in the future for not only my services on my bike, but future sales as well. I would highly recommend this team to anyone in the market to buy a bike, side by side, or anything else. By far the best to work with. When you get there ask for Vince! Best sales guy there. He'll keep you informed and shoot you straight. I plan on going back and only dealing with Vince. I'm sure the other sales staff are just as good. Couldnt have been easier to deal with. The sales team answered all my questions via email promptly which was very helpful, they had the bike I needed in stock and allowed me to secure it with a deposit to ensure I got the perfect bike for my sons upcoming birthday. Oh and their price beat the other dealers in town, there was literally no haggle just a straight up great price on a highly sought after bike. The whole process took less than 20 minutes once I walked in the door to being loaded up and on my way. Hands down the smoothest bike purchase Ive made in 25 years.

I contacted NASH Power Sports through the Kawasaki app looking for a Vulcan 650 S. I contacted several others but Rod from Nash reached out to me and kept a lookout for the bike. When a new Vulcan came in he contacted me and we did the transaction. Nash Power Sports was very flexible, allowed me to make a down payment and held the bike for me for 10 days until I paid it off. I traveled to their Phoenix location, and Chris greeted me to show me the bike in detail. I was very pleased how Rod and Chris handled the transaction. I highly recommend Nash Power Sports for your next motorcycle or ATV. Huge showroom with an impressive selection and great customer service. As for my new Vulcan 650 S, I could not be more pleased. This is the best middle cruiser on the market by a wide margin. A little research of Kawasaki reveals that the company is involved with manufacturing aircraft, ships, and heavy equipment in addition to building motorcycles. Their technology and engineering is second to none and it is apparant that this expertise goes into building their motorcycles. This is why Kawasaki is the best value when purchasing your next motorcycle.

Was shopping for a new 790 Adventure R but either no one had them in stock or the dealers didnt want to deal. A friend mentioned Nash so I checked them out. Sure enough they had the bike and were willing to deal. Chris Orlinski was my salesman and made the experience an outstanding process. Walked in there 6 months ago to put some money down on a new motorcycle, that had yet to be released. I got calls all during the waiting, keeping me in the loop up to the release of the bike. From RJ to Chris in sales, and Nick to Rick on the finance side, and even Mike in parts -- everyone there was super nice / professional. Even to the point of Rick giving me a ride home, to gather some paperwork I'd forgotten. They didn't have to do that, but actually insisted, just to help the process. I could not be happier with my experience. No high pressure at any point, nothing but a group of guys who like motorcycles and will let you talk their ear off sharing all the great stories of riding.

I just wanted to write this review in regards to Chris in Sales at the Phoenix location. He has been great help in both of my buys. Cant say enough about how much he was appreciated. Bought two quads in about a month in a half a part and he made it work, and was helpful along the way. If you are looking to buy something go see Chris!

Jesse attaway was nothing but great help and provided the top service to make sure I got the Quad I wanted (Yamaha Raptor 700R) we started off on a bit of a rollercoaster due to the virus and this specific quad selling out fast. Jesse went above and beyond and sourced me one from Texas and it arrived after closing hours on Saturday but he stayed behind to make sure I would have the quad for the weekend! Apart from one loose clip on the coolant pipe the Quad was nothing but fun on memorial weekend!

My fianc and I have been looking to buy a quad for our family camping trips for awhile. We recently visited Nash Powersports in Phoenix and had the best experience from the moment we walked in the door. We were greeted in a timely manner and had our questions answered immediately. Chris was absolutely amazing!! I came in looking for a UTV and he explained all the differences between the models and brands. Super knowledgeable and friendly. This is long overdue and Id be doing a disservice to any future customer not to share this. A few weeks back I popped into the old Scottsdale location on a whim. Little did I know they were all hands on deck to move to the new location. That didnt stop them from giving me their undivided attention. I had been in the market for a specific bike for several weeks and I couldnt seem to find the right bike or the financing wasnt what I was looking for but that changed when I walked into Nash Powersports in Scottsdale. I first met Chris (with sales) and we talked a few minutes about what I was looking for and the rest was history. Chris is a really easy going guy and left me to explore a couple bikes I liked but was right there ready to help when I made up my mind. I filled out the paperwork in about 10 minutes and he handed me off to Chris in finance. Let me just tell you Chris has so much experience and has a vested interest in getting you on the bike you want so he works hard with the lenders to do just that. Because I had come in at the end of the day I went home and waited. The next afternoon Chris in sales called me to let me know my bike was waiting for me! I went back and Chris in finance explained the terms. Well, I didnt have the down payment the bank wanted and Nash set up a plan for me that allowed me to leave with my bike that day! I couldnt believe it! They didnt know me from Adam but trusted me to follow through (which I did). With that move they earned a customer for life. Now my dad is getting a bike and my son will be too. I cant say enough good things about those two gentlemen or the whole Nash team. If you want to chalk it up to just wanting to sell a bike I can tell you while that might be the name of the game I went in later at their new location just to see the new shop and wasnt buying a bike but still received the same warm welcome and customer service we had before. These guys are top notch. Sure, you might be able to find a bike a little cheaper elsewhere (maybe) but you wont find a whole shop of guys who actually give a damn about your interests and your experience. Just stop in. Couldnt be happier with Nash Powersports. Originally I dealt with Brandon. He was communicating with me via email on the two days they were closed. Communication was consistent, and the process was smooth. We honestly negotiated for all of 15 seconds. Literally took me an hour from the time I arrived to the time we were finished. Brandon even gave me a ride home in the East Valey and he lives in the West Valley. The whole team, Josh, Kyle and Zachary are all very nice and engaging. Theyve earned a customer for life.
